Mr. Dvivedi is the Founder of MDV & Associates, bringing over two decades of experience in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and white-collar defence. He specializes in providing solutions to complex and dispute-oriented matters, drawing on deep courtroom experience gained before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Appellate Tribunals — including the NCLT, NCLAT, and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) — and Special Courts across the country.

Mr. Dvivedi previously served as a Partner at a leading Law Firm, where he spear-headed the Alternate Dispute Resolution and Litigation team, before founding MDV & Associates to deliver strategic, practical, and results-driven solutions to clients facing complex and contentious legal challenges.

He has advised and represented premier institutions including the Enforcement Directorate, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), and the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) in matters involving economic offences, infrastructure projects, and financial recoveries. His practice further extends to property and real estate disputes, cross-border transactions, and high-value settlements in contentious matters.

Mr. Shuvam Shivam is a key member of the Litigation Division at MDV & Associates, with over 10 years of experience as a dedicated litigator. He possesses a profound understanding and expertise in handling complex Criminal matters, Civil disputes, and other contentious issues. His practice involves regularly appearing and representing clients before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and various District Courts in Delhi-NCR.

In addition to his robust criminal law practice, Mr. Shivam specializes in Company matters and commercial litigation. He provides strategic legal counsel on a wide array of corporate and civil disputes, from initial strategy to final resolution before tribunals and appellate courts. Prior to joining the firm, he built a strong reputation as an independent advocate and litigator.

He has served as a Financial Consultant to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and currently serves as Chairman of the Ghaziabad Chapter of the NIRC of ICSI. He is also a Committee Member of the Practicing Company Secretaries Committee of NIRC.

Mr. Tandon specializes in corporate legal work, compliances, and transaction advisory, advising corporates on structuring, governance, and financial compliance.
